A half day visit to the National Memorial Arboretum (NMA) at Alrewas, Staffordshire on Wednesday 25th September 2024.
The NMA has over 400 memorials – both military and civilian – set in a beautiful 150 acre park. The visit starts at 1015 with a bacon roll and a hot drink. Please advise if you have allergies. We will then be driven around the park in a buggy with a guide. The tour will finish around 1245 when you might wish to lunch in the restaurant or continue to explore the NMA on your own. If there are any specific memorials you want to see then please advise and this will be passed on to the guide who will endeavour to fit this in. The park is open until 1700 so feel free to explore during the afternoon.
On arrival, register at the reception desk quoting booking reference number 30002131 although it is more than likely that FMI will be sufficient.
The cost will be £35.00. There is a limit of just 14 places (two buggies). However, if demand exceeds that we will ask the NMA if further buggies are available.
